I am a 59 year old woman in great need of financial assistance. I worked for the same company for 17 years , but was laid off in 2005, and it has been down hill ever since. I have been working for a temp service for the last 2 years with no sick pay or medical benefits. The summer of 2005, I lived in some friends garage all through the long hot summer without any air onditioning. Then in 2006 some friends had an old trailer in their back yard in South Phoenix, so I moved in there. I didn't have anything there but a fan, and it was another long hot summer, plus I laid awake nights listening to all the gunfire around me. I finally found a trailer to rent in Dec of 22006 in North Phoenix. I have been doing okay until summer hit. The trailr only has an ac in one of the bedrooms and in the living room. It runs constantly too keep the house bearable. Unfortuantely now I am faced with utility bills that I can't afford. Last month they were $250 and this month $350.00. I now am facing eviction because I cannot afford to pay rent and these high utilities. If anyone out there can help me, I would be forever grateful and would pay you back a little at a time, or pay it forward and help someone else in need. Any amount would be gratefully appreaciated. If you cannot afford to help me, please pray for me. This is my only hope.
